I went to Kay jewelers to get my ring resized. They called me 2 weeks later and said they couldn't do it. Supposedly my ring was too expensive and complicated and didn't want to be liable. That's where J Neal Jewelry saves the day. Not only did they work on it but he did it right on there on the spot. He charged me so little I just had to give him extra. This place is a gem in the heart of Harriman
Came in with a complicated gold ring with pearl and diamonds to be cleaned and the difference was night and day, very talented and very nice people!
