Horrible, never again! She asked if I wanted my nails cut down, I said yes but very little, omg I now hardly have any nails, I asked for round and a Lil squared I got pointed..I'm embrassed to show my hands, she asked me if I was happy with them. I said no, then she was trying to fix them, and I told her to leave them alone. There was nothing she could do about it now? I've been getting my nails done for 30 years. Painful and the nail shaping is awful! My middle finger has been filed to the bottom almost a triangle shape. My mom, who paid for the service, did not have her one hand cured. Staff was pretty friendly, aside from the man who did my nails. Pedicures are normally good, but do NOT waste money on finger nails.

J nails was my go to nail salon, but this time they were horrible! I asked for a FILL IN not a full set multiple times, and yet i got a full set. i asked for almond and got whatever this is, and i also asked for red and got white???? I explained myself multiple times. she cut me multiple times and didn’t clean the cuts properly and i ended up getting a rash on my skin due to waiting for her to take off the foil wraps. asked for a refund and didn’t get one either, paid full price for sub par nails. will not be going back unti... read more
