I had a very disappointing experience at this nail salon. When I came in for a fill after three weeks, the technician initially denied that my nails were their work due to excessive lifting. After I assured him that I had not gone elsewhere, he insinuated that I was lying, which was frustrating and unprofessional. I appreciate that the technicians were skillful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I am disappointed that I they inserted a generous tip to my invoice at checkout without my choosing. Tips should be the customer's choice, not a business decision.
