I went to this nail shop on 9/30/23 to get a new set. Once the nail technician put the nails on my nails, I explained to her the nails were flipped up. She said yeal I see but I'm going to file for you. I was trying to explain to her it was the nails. She said don't worry, I fix for you. I told her something was wrong with the nails and she kept going. I went to this business to get a fill in and pedicure & was seated for pedicure service first.. My pedicurist never asked which pedicure I wanted & proceeded to perform the absolute worst pedicure I've ever received. I needed a fill in and she never asked because she was English deficient! She proceeded to choose the color she wanted for me & I redirected to what I wanted. She next painted parts of my toes & other parts were left undone.
