This company is a completely SCAM. They send fake invoices for nonexistent repairs, create collection fees and threat you with foreclosures and liens. Stay away from them. They do not have a office, you can’t go there because it is located in a mobile park - I went there myself to check their address. Their website pictures is a joke. There is no office at all. Everything is virtual. They also lost their Better Business accreditation for repeat offenses.
Working with JN Realty was a deeply disappointing experience for our community. Their accounting team demonstrated not only negligence but a clear lack of awareness of basic legal civil codes and procedures required for handling HOA finances. We are in a heat wave. The AC broke on Thursday. It’s Saturday and J&N hasn’t even scheduled anyone to come. Awful people
I would give them 0 stars if I could. They're incredibly unresponsive and lack basic communication skills.
