Jim and Quinn did an incredible inspection on an older home that was recently renovated that I was interested in purchasing. The amount of detail and all their findings was top notch. I’ve had inspections done before on other homes I was purchasing and never had such a thorough complete inspection done. Jim found things there’s no way I would’ve seen, and hopefully preventing the inevitable. These guys are the best of the best highly recommend them.

Excellent and Professional. We cannot say enough about how professional, precise and thorough our inspection was and the overall experience for our home purchase. My wife and I recently had an inspection with JN Donohue Associates. Super easy to work with, communicate with and they are prompt. Pretty good but for the premium price, in my case, I didn't feel they caught anything more what other good guys out there would catch for a lot less $. The seller already had in mind the maximum repairs credit they were willing to give. Regardless of what was found, that wasn't changing. That's typical in this seller's market where it can be take it or leave it. Update: we actually came to find a couple of key costly defects they should have caught

I recommend JN Donohue Associates without hesitation. I used them for my home purchase inspection 10 years ago for a home that had great bones and not much else; not only did they perform a thorough professional inspection, they spoke to me about it extensively, had great recommendations, and they have been willing to talk to me about it 10 years later when I have had questions due to work I was having done in my home throughout the last decade; they even reviewed pictures I sent to them and clued me into potential issues re... read more
