Excellent and Professional. We cannot say enough about how professional, precise and thorough our inspection was and the overall experience for our home purchase. My wife and I recently had an inspection with JN Donohue Associates. Super easy to work with, communicate with and they are prompt. Pretty good but for the premium price, in my case, I didn't feel they caught anything more what other good guys out there would catch for a lot less $. The seller already had in mind the maximum repairs credit they were willing to give. Regardless of what was found, that wasn't changing. That's typical in this seller's market where it can be take it or leave it. Update: we actually came to find a couple of key costly defects they should have caught
I recommend JN Donohue Associates without hesitation. JN Donohue Associates were amazing. Shane and Quinn were incredibly knowledgeable and thorough throughout my home inspection. They gave me a detailed explanation of everything they found and helped me solidify my home purchase. I would highly recommend them to everyone!
