Came in looking for a Colorado trail boss. Blake took care of me and was very professional and accommodating. Very easy going sales man and not pushy like the stereotypical car sales man. I had the pleasure to work with Lazar when buying a new vehicle recently. Overall great experience and as a first time car buyer the whole process went by smooth and efficiently. The whole staff was great and everyone was extremely helpful every step of the way.
After reading reviews, found that I’m not the only one to receive my truck with damages. It’s been over 6 months and still not resolved. It’s as if you take it in for repairs and it comes out with more damages. They said they can’t please me. If it was repaired/fixed correctly the first time, I’d have nothing to complain about but each time it went in, it came out worst or there were more damage(s). My experience with JN Chevrolet was so smooth and relaxing! I went in and test drove a couple cars and walked out with one a couple days later! Mike Marcelin was so helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions and concerns! I am very happy with my experience here!
