I highly recommend this salon! From the moment I walk in, everyone is smiling, friendly, and welcoming. I've never had to wait more than a couple of minutes to get in the chair, and I always feel comfortable, never rushed during my appointments. Cheyenne was my stylist for about 3 years, but when she left the salon last year she offered to transfer me to Sara. I love J. Miles and have been going to this salon for almost 10 years. Sara is my hair guru and has been on my roller coaster ride of different hair colors (back and forth from blond to brown, etc.). I know each of the ladies and have used them for myself or my family if Sara is booked and we are in a rush. Sara is very knowledgeable with color and is very professional. It was a really comfortable experience. I recommend using Jeana Rocha if you want to get your hair colored or cut. Great Job!!
It was an absolutely terrible experience with two different stylists. Cheyenne was my first stylist who kept cutting my hair longer on one side. No matter how many times I complained and went back to have it fixed, she made it worse. This was about the time I decided to find another salon when Sara called me and informed me Cheyenne quit. Sara was my second stylist, and what a big mistake that was. I brought in pictures and clearly and concisely made her aware that I was originally a red head.
