Carrie is the best colorist .
The experience was great until being shocked with the price when my hair was done! Please get a quote BEFORE services so there are no surprises at the checkout counter. I have never had an add on fee of $40 with no explanation? I paid so much more here for what I can get at other places and felt that $40 was the breaking point. I emailed and got a very unsatisfsctory response. Hands down best salon in Louisville! They go the extra mile, especially during this uncertain time of COVID. I always leave there knowing I was taken care of. If your a blonde and looking for consistency, ask for Kara she will do wonders to it!
Paige did fabulous on my hair. I haven’t had my hair done since before all this Covid stuff going on so it was rough looking. She did an amazing job. It’s hard to find a stylist that knows how to do blonde hair GOOD! I will be booking my next service ahead of time, because she books up fast! 😊
