Been a regular customer for 2 yrs. Had an appointment for today at 9:30. Walked in the door at 9:20 and my stylist had someone in her chair. I had never made an appointment before just walked in. I had other commitments on this day so I made an appointment. Sat there till 10 and had to leave with no haircut. I guess appointments don't matter at J. Michael's.
First time went there was yesterday and I showed the hair stylist Jacinda a picture of what I was wanting and she did an absolute great job. Really sweet person as well people who work there. Will highly recommend this place for a perfect haircut with a great price.
DO NOT GO TO SHELBY!!!!! She cut my hair with almost a two inch difference from the right side of my hair compared to the left. Awful cut. I genuinely have no idea how she still works there or why you would want a stylist that incapable working for you. It's embarrassing. She cut off years of no heat and lots of focus on growth. I can't express how upset I am with her work and I really hope no one ever has to experience her. Tracy however was fantastic and she is the only reason I'm giving this place a good rating at all.
