I am a runner; however, I had to stop running for approximately 20 years because I was having pain in my achilles tendon. I went to see Dr. Valenza. He performed a thorough exam. He diagnosed the problem. Dr. Valenza made molds of my feet. Dr. Valenza used the molds to make inserts (orthodics) to correct my stride. The orthodics worked. I am running again pain free.
