Dr. Dukes and staff are wonderful-friendly and professional!! They explain everything as they go so there are no surprises and when it's time to pay the bill can work with you to break down the payments if you need to. They also have an answering service on weekends if you have an emergency. Both Dr. Dukes and his hygienist are both gentle, but thorough. I would never have left that practice, but I moved from Virginia to New York.
