Dr Burbidge is always very helpful, understanding, and kind. He makes sure to answer my questions and concerns thoroughly, and is always open to talking about my concerns. He takes as much time as I need. I have been seeing him for years, and he has always been very supportive! Cassandra is also just awesome! Jamie at the front desk is also very kind! Thank you all for all you do! You are a great team! Merry Christmas!!
He does not have patience for questions and is rude responding to them.
Receptionists are very knowledgeable in doing their jobs. I was seen right away. Nurse was very thorough and kind. Dr. Burbidge, was quick to come in. He was very thorough as well. Listened to myself and ordered my Flu Shot. Very pleased with my treatment of all staff.
From the moment you walk in office you are acknowledged by the friendly receptionists. Dr. Burbidge is very professional and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen to the needs of his patients and doesn’t make you feel rushed and all healthcare needs are met in a timely manner. He and his nurse provide the best experience. I highly recommend Dr. Burbidge.

Doctor Burbridge and his staff are very caring and professional. They always return calls promptly and give you their best attention.
Dr. Michael Burbidge Junior and staff are 5 Star. He’s always on time he gives you plenty of time to ask questions, and he is easy to understand and he also is my wife’s doctor. I’m glad he is in Waco Texas.
The reception staff are excellent, professional and friendly. Dr. Burbidge listens to what you have to say and explains everything clearly. I have never been rushed through an appointment nor have I had to wait long.

I was very well treated by everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and then Dr Birbidge. I never been treated better anywhere. Dr Birbidge was very attentive to my questions and provided better answers than I have received previously. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking quality medical care. I cannot imagine finding better treatment than I received from Dr Birbidge and his staff.
