Laura A. told me the seller would not consider any offer less than the full asking price; she never asked them. She called the attorney 2X that I hired to review the purchase agreement before I would sign it, and they billed me for her time on the phone with them (& she Loves to talk!), then she refused to pay me back saying I asked her to call them (another lie) and that they didn't charge for her two calls (but they did). Very odd interaction with one of their female agents today. Came to my home poking and prodding for information. Only got worse once I told her I wasn’t interested in selling multiple times. Tried to get to know me in order to sell my property and mentioned many of my relatives. Asked about details regarding inheritance of said property. Tried to determine who was going to inherit property. I was nice out of respect for friends of my family, but next time the door will stay shut. Didn’t care for that. Would not recommend.
