I cannot recommend Michael Atwell and J May Home Inspections Inc highly enough! Michael was professional, punctual (he arrived early just to get a jump on the exterior inspection), and is clearly passionate about doing the job right. Mike is a responsible professional honest, punctual to the time service is very great, look in detail all things on the house inspection. I did hose inspection week a go and he found invisible things which was not inspected by necked eye thorough smell on first day day of inspection and use the device which detect gas leaks. Later after he Re-inspected second times he found 7 leaks which the sellers agent told us as they fixed with boiler. Mike Atwell of J May Home Inspection recently inspected my new condo. He was extremely helpful from our first phone conversation and throughout the inspection. He was very punctual and spent three hours looking closely at every feature of my home. He did not rush, answered my questions and patiently explained how many of the systems and features work.
