He took time to make sure I understood my condition and treatment.
The staff and Dr. Toole, top notch. Traffic and parking at this facility was a nightmare. Too bad he doesn't have hours at one of the other locations.

He patiently answered my questions and explained everything well.
Beware, Dr. Toole is a tool. My parents, in their late 80s, had an appointment with this guy a few weeks ago. They had trouble finding parking, and ended up getting turned around, so they were late. The Dr. was extremely rude to my Mother, informing her that she had missed her appointment, and that she didn't need to see him anyway. He did charge them for the visit, though. So, Dr. TOOL is not only a first-class JERKOFF, but also a crook for taking money from elderly people who had nothing but good intentions.
