Lady in the front is so rude and unpleasant. Has no emotion and a blank stare! They should hire someone better and nicer!!!!
My daughter had open heart surgery with Dr morales my daughter had a stroke, he left staples nd gauzes inside this was in 2006 n still has complications. She’s have surgery again just to repair his errors. Employees the worst especially Martha nd him too to ignore calls from state n tv people trying to talk to him about this issue. He’s the worse
The doctor might one of best doctors but his staff kim and is the worst receptionist, rude, trying to give her information about a patient who’s in the hospital, order by a different doctor, she got extremely combative and hung up on me so I don’t know what type of people he hires but he couldn’t. He really does need a new staff there. They’re just rude rude that lady Kim really needs to get fired and get someone else.
Kim has no customer service skills and hangs up after getting an attitude just for asking about a soon to be patient who's in the hospital needing bypass surgery. Rude and not patient at all when dealing with really sick patients and loved ones who just need direction and/or information. The other ladies are much more calm and helpful. Just can't believe a person like Kim is in a position that deals with really sick and worried people. Dr Morales should have her reprimanded or fired.
