Dr. Gilcrest was dismissive of my concerns, and refused to treat my ENT issues. He insisted my issues were related to grinding my teeth at night, although I advised I do not do this and I do not wake up with issues, but rather go to bed with them and wake up feeling slightly better. The staff of Dr. Gilchrist shows no compassion, no empathy, and are completely void of care and concern for the welfare of the patient. Was scheduled for an 8:00 am appt. to be seen for acute dizziness and ringing in the ear. From the onset, the staff was cold and made me to feel unwelcome. Was told that because there was no pre-authorization from my PCP, that I would not be seen. The receptionist asked if we wanted to cancel or reschedule. Dr. Gilchrist and the staff were amazing. I was very pleased with the level of care at their facility and how they take time to listen to your questions and concerns.
Everything was easy from start to finish. Dr. Gilchrist and Shelby are the best. He's done 4 surgeries on my little guy. Very informative and incredibly helpful.
Dr Gilchrist is the best. My daughter and myself have both been his patients multiple times. Office staff is great. Would not go anywhere else
