I also had the same issues with the office of Alba & Dubose, now Alba & Yochim. Maximum billable hours, minimal work. Ms. Yochim rarely responded to emails, never returned calls and did not file the motions we requested she file. If you look at their website, their many rave reviews are the same 8 or so people being quoted multiple times. Avoid this practice or be out money with no resolution.
