Yesterday (Thursday night) while on vacation in Carmel Valley, our 1yo chipped her two front teeth after tripping on tile floor. I immediately called a few local pediatric dentists and left voicemails asking to be seen the next day (today, Friday) before the weekend. This office called me back first thing in the morning and squeezed me for the same day. I recently visited Monterey Pediatric Dentistry and had a great experience from start to finish. The administration team is awesome, they’re friendly, efficient, and really make you feel at ease right away. The dental hygienists are fantastic too. They communicate well with the kids, making sure everyone is comfortable and even a little excited about the visit. 17 ish years now…. My kids actually look forward to dentist appointments. The office staff and Dr Bayless are incredible with the kids. Appointment times are always on time and quick. We love catching up with everyone during our visits. My daughter has even asked them to pull teeth 3 different times, with no pain or issues.
I have been bringing my daughter here since she was 1 and it’s been great. Both dentists have amazing bedside manner and all their staff are extremely good at working with young children. My daughter is now 2 and a half they had amazing approach for her recent visit. She had a great time and is forming a positive relationship with going to the dentist and taking good care of her teeth. Can’t recommend the office enough!
