We love Dr. Bayless and the entire team. My child has had quite a bit of dental work, and every visit has been a positive experience. The staff is kind, patient, and incredibly attentive—they make my daughter feel comfortable, safe, and cared for. They even do little magic tricks to keep things fun, and she actually loves going to the dentist. As a parent, that peace of mind is priceless. Highly recommend Dr. Bayless and this office.
My daughter loves going in to the office to see Dr. Bayless and his team. The front desk team is super friendly, helpful and clear. The hygienists are warm and caring. And Dr. Bayless always goes above and beyond to make you feel cared for and welcome. We love the office energy and that it is always a happy and fun vibe. Thank you so much for the care you provide !
Took my daughter (3yr old) for her first dental appointment and was very impressed with Monterey Pediatric Dentistry! Easy to locate, plenty of parking, clean waiting with a great space for kids to play and watch cartoons. Receptionists were extremely helpful, verifying insurance and getting pre-Authorization for our out of network insurance as well as explaining and providing my out of pocket cost weeks prior to the appointment. We’ve been coming here since my daughter’s very first dental visit, and I can’t say enough good things. What I thought would be a fearful first experience turned into something magical—literally! Dr. Bayless instantly charmed her with magic tricks. From that day on, she looked forward to her appointments instead of dreading them. We had a great experience at Monterey Pediatric Dentistry today. Maria helped my 4 year old son with his cleaning and X rays and was incredibly kind and patient. She really took her time and helped him feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Bayless was also wonderful and so patient with our little guy. Thank you all so much for making his visit a positive one.
