Dr. Downs was great. He took the time to explain everything and i feel very comfortable with him performing the procedure.
Pretty much on time. Dr Downs is friendly, professional and experienced. I’ve known him a long time. He will spend as much time as needed. His office is nice and tries to get things right. But I got billed multiple times for a $25 prep kit that I paid for on the first office visit. Finally I called billing and they said I have a zero balance so don’t worry about it. Less than optimal. Dr. Downs is always thorough with his explanations and genuinely a very kind/caring physician.
Dr. Down’s has always given his best for me both personal and professional. The professionals that work with him are the best. Very good experience and thankfully the last….my age has pushed me past the need of needing another one. Thank you Dr. Downs for quality healthcare.
