I was not thrilled with my service here when I came into get a bridesmaid dress. No one was really helpful and the sales associates told me to just look around. No one asked me if I was finding what I was looking for. This was while two ladies were standing behind the counter. Maybe service is better when you're a bride, but I was very disappointed.
If only we would have gone to J Major's for my second daughter's wedding this year. We did go for my youngest's wedding this year, but thought we would stay local to Columbia for Aimee's. Oh, what a mistake, let's just say we had a horrible experience at what was supposed to be a first rate boutique in Columbia. J Major's is the only place to go! Best Place to find the Perfect Dress! – J. Majors was wonderful. They absolutely couldn't have been more helpful, kind and understanding to me for the entire year and a half that I was engaged. Fairy Tale Bridal Experience – J Major's went above and beyond what I expected from a bridal boutique. The moment I walked in their door - I became part of the J Major's family. Beautiful Store, Unique Selection, Excellent Service – I had just moved to Charlotte and was a bride with half of my ensemble. I had the dress but did not have a veil or bridesmaid dresses. Couldn't be Happier – I had a great experience as well at JMajor's from start to finish. The boutique is goregous, just the way a bridal boutique should be. The entire staff has been very welcoming.
