J-Mac is amazing. I own an investment property in Detroit - my tree fell on a neighbors house and I needed someone FAST for emergency service. J-Mac came immediately and sent me pictures/videos throughout the whole process. He was fast, professional and honest. They even helped clean up the small debris from the driveway. Price was very fair as compared with other vendors. This was a BIG tree and they did a GREAT job. 10/10 would highly recommend.

To make it quick to read, came in to cut my tree down and get rid of the stump and an additional stump I had(key word get rid of). While the work was being discussed he stated that they could do the clean up and everything, I said cool. So when the work was complete the wood chips were all over the place and I thinking are they coming back? So gave a call and texted him about it and told him that it was what we talked about in order to get the job. Very unprofessional. It's true they come when they want. Off rip the owner was late for the estimate. He rushed me to make a decision or I'll loose my "good rate". Thought I did my research and paid half down. Work was supposed to start Monday it didn't. No call until 6am the next morning I get a text they'll be out between 8-9!!!!! Two men show up and left an hour later. No communication. No work was done. I mean nothing. I called and texted the owner to see what was going on and never got a response.
