Extremely rude and greedy I use their port escort service. They said it would be right at $100 they changed me $189 and said they told my driver that it was $89 an hour if they have to wait witch they did not tell my driver then when I refused to pay the $89 they started threatening me saying there going to go pick the car back up and hold it for ransom. iv used wrecker services across the country and this one is by far the worst.

I had a flat on Hwy 288 South bound just before the FM 2004 exit. I used the HUM by Verizon I subscribe to and J & M Wrecker Service is the one that was dispatched. When I heard they were the ones coming to rescue me I sighed a breath of relief. About 30 minutes later Josh showed up and towed me to my home. I had no spare and I'm on Oxygen. Josh needs an award, in my opinion. Very courteous, professional and helpful! Thank you!!

Very Professional company and drivers. Showed up to tow our truck and sat with us until our husbands got there to pick us up! Josh was very nice and professional! Thank you!

Our church had a travel trailer stuck in the mud and they came out and removed it. They refused to take any money. Thank you!
