Lemon LAW violations…. Do Not waste your money here … son bought vehicle from here and he’s on second vehicle payment and he still has not gotten vehicle yet . not impressed, a salesman who tries to do business between 9 and 10 pm via texting, then absolutely refuses to come down $2000 online when you click the "make an offer" tab. says the "internet price" is the lowest they can go. why have a "make an offer" tab? defeats the purpose if you asked me. told him that he just lost a sale and my business as well as family and friends. all i got as a response, was "have a good night". must be they dont need to sell the vehicles on the lot, they must be rolling in the dough, to ref... read more
Morgan had me drive 45 minutes for nothing. We set up a day and time for a test drive. I get their to find the price went up $1500. The vehicle had a check engine light on. Lucky I had my scanner with me. The 2 codes displayed would stop the vehicle from passing New York state inspection. What world are these people living in. Just a complete waste of my time!!!
Awsome people great sales team and service
if you have a trade-in vehicle that has a loan they will not pay it off so expect to eat that bill! They will not fix any issues of the vehicle that you purchase from them unless it's been four or five weeks and they keep giving you excuses! If you decide to have new plates and they take care of turning them in expect to have a suspended license because they will not turn them in! Beware of this dealer they rip you off I bought a 2010 kia and I took it back for them to check some problems out and they said nothing was wrong this car has issues and they just don't want to fix them I will never buy a car from those lyres again and I will take them to court I will not let them get away with this be smart stay away from this xealer
