I bought a 16' utility trailer from J & M Trailer Sales in Laurel, and after about a year one of the deck boards bowed up. The trailer manufacturer said it was past their warranty period, but Tony at J & M stepped up and said they would take care of it under their warranty. That kind of service really shows the level of customer care J & M provides during and after the sale. I highly recommend J & M Trailer Sales to anyone looking for a quality trailer and great customer support.
The absolute best place to buy a trailer. Just got my sixth trailer there yesterday and couldn't be happier. With all the trailers I have bought there the service/repair has been excellent as well.
The trailer I bought from them has worked great for two years. We had a part break at one point that was past the warranty and they sold us the replacement part at cost. Saved us $300. Highly recommend!

Just a great local hometown business. Tony and Barb are great people where the customer care is evident the minute you walk in and are greeted. There is nothing Tony can't put together or fix. His years of mechanical experience is unmatched. He has great stories and is not just a business owner but a friend They are community minded as you look at their brag wall they are active in supporting the local school programs and athletes.
