went for a alignment and they were disrespectful when i asked questions for why their work was bad, they did an eyeball alignment on the truck we watched them go in and out of the shop and they printed a fake receipt from another truck. they blamed it on tires but they had even wear and as soon as i took it to another shop they showed that every single adjustment was off.
I used to praise this place; however, I have changed my opinion about them. I recently needed to have a set of brand-new tires that I purchased installed. I called on November 19, 2025, to ask how much they charge to install a size 245/45R20. I was told $50 each. I called five other tire shops in Norfolk; three shops replied $30, and two shops replied $25, balanced and installed size 245R45 20 I will never go to J & M Tires agai Hey J & M Tires, if you don't want to install customers' tires, just say so. Popped right in and got my tire taken care of right away. Had to get a nail removed and patched and air in all four tires. Staff was nice. I was in and out in less than 30 mins.
They was very nice and fast
Staff is great. But they have really increased the price of thing. Used to be a great place for people on a budget. Going have to find a new place. Sad I been going there for over 12 years.
