Went to J&M get 2 tires on my new BMW. Tires and serviced cost me $744. During installation, Chad informed me that one of their guys severely scratched up my rim. They sent it out to get it re-painted and put a random spare tire on my car for the in-term. When the rim got back, I noticed that it was missing the original emblem (they took it off during the paint job, Chad had to order a new one). These guys were the only ones in a 30min radius out of about 10-12 places I called to have a full matching set of great shape used tires my size. They were like a pit crew this morning and got all 4 done in about 20mins. Wont hesitate to ever use them again or recomend them to anyone else
J&M is the best place to get tires and rims. We felt like family from the moment we walked through the door. John and Chad went above and beyond to help us. Got all new tires and rims, couldn't be happier!! I wouldn't recommend any other tire shop in Southington!!! Thank you for everything!!

I got a screw in my tire and was told it wasn't repairable. I went to J&M for a replacement tire and was told by one of the owners that it in fact was repairable! I was in & out faster than I imagined possible at a tire shop. The owner was awesome and honest! I highly recommend them for your tire needs!
