AC went out on a Thursday night. Called first thing Friday morning and they got out in the early afternoon. Ron diagnosed the problem within minutes and had it fixed within an hour (he had to run to get a part). He was friendly and informative. 10/10. Only gripe is that it seems quite pricey for a cheap part and a quick visit. Worth it, but more than I expected at $375.
