We called Matt and he got with us as soon as he could! He took care of the problem quickly and got us up and going. He was so kind and courteous, did a great job, and the price was very reasonable! We were so pleased we are having them come back and do a complete service and install a new thermostat!
Called and was able to have technicians out the next day. They were able to help diagnose and have my air back up and running again in no time! Matt and his team are very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Prices were also very reasonable and I’m able to rest cool and comfortably again. Thanks again!

My heater went out - thank God it was now & now the dead of winter. It turned on but quit working while sleeping into Sunday. I called J & M on Sunday & they got back to me on Monday to have someone come out Tuesday. I was prepared for the worst however it wasn't that bad. And a pretty fast fix.
