My heater went out - thank God it was now & now the dead of winter. It turned on but quit working while sleeping into Sunday. I called J & M on Sunday & they got back to me on Monday to have someone come out Tuesday. I was prepared for the worst however it wasn't that bad. And a pretty fast fix. Matt and his team do excellent work! my home is newer and the ac never has been able to keep up in the really hot days the temp used to climb, until this year when it stopped working all together. I called Matt and and he came over looked at a few things told me the problem and ordered my parts and got it up and running my ac has never worked this good before, now my wife say it feels like a morgue in our house it holds 66 degrees on the hottest days. 3rd time we’ve had these guys come out and they’ve been fantastic every time. Let Matt know on Sunday that our AC had stopped working and it was fixed by 2 on Monday afternoon. Amazing work and very affordable!
