My experience with this plumber wasn't good. I hired J & M to repair a water leak. Although they repaired it, Jeff caused a second leak by drilling through my lead drain pipe. I was charged $340.00 for fixing the original leak. The second leak, however, was going to cost at least $400.00 or more. He also said I would need to hire a carpenter after he tore the wall out, because he didn't do that kind of work. Not sure I will ever use these guys again. They are really nice people but I don't believe they're very honest in pricing. I had a shower faucet replaced and Jeff advised me that the labor would be $115 an hour for 2 plumbers to tackle it faster. He insisted on getting the faucet from Locke Supply. 2 hours later the bill came to $620. I called to check what the cash price of the faucet would be for an ordinary person to come in and purchase it. My cash price what's $140. My invoice says $340 worth of parts. My mother whom lives in Muskogee called out Jeff from J & M to fix a leak in her home. He assured her it was fixed and she paid him, but 2 weeks later still leaking she calls and calls for a week with no return call. Finally gets a call that he has a big job and will not be able to come out. She calls Carl from Carl Spencer plumbing and he crawls under the house and said the leak was obvious and the small tubing from toilet to valve he replaced did nothing.
