Beware! Don't get these guys confused with the other Jacksonville area J&M roofing companies. This company does not stand by it's warranty. Apparently, after an area is saturated with new roofs, they stop servicing the area and refuse to honor their 5 year warranty and promise from Mike the owner. He won't even acknowledge emails. Don't get this company to replace your roof if you want the warranty. All I had was dhingle thst wad lifting thst I wanted them to come out and address. This company sent me an unsolicited estimate for damage on my roof. The estimate was to re-roof my entire house which is less than 10 years old. This is storm damage chaser activity, shady business practice, and definitely will be reported to BBB.

Chris & his crew worked very hard. They were here on time. Cleaned up yard. I love our new roof. Crew very professional.
