My technician was great. Very kind, friendly, and knowledgeable. He also was respectful of my home and asked if my pets were away prior to opening doors. Also cleaned floors after service. However, I give 4 stars because I did not have a good experience trying to get ahold of the receptionist to schedule anything. I waited 6 days for a new water heater and one was able to schedule me.
