Just wanted to give a big thank you and shout out to Tom, Carroll, and Julie for everything they do for us at the McCook apartments! Tom and Carroll pulled me out of a drift in the parking lot. They didn't have to, they just did it. Julie is very nice and helpful;I know if I need anything I can contact her and it will get done. Thanks, guys!
J&M purchased our clean, well manicured newer rental townhome community. The previous owners kept up quickly on all issues and took pride in the commuity they worked at every week. They would have the snow covered driveways and sidewalks CLEARED by 6am for the residents to leave for work. A snow removal crew then would also do a 2nd sweep through after the storm had passed. STAY AWAY!! Less than one star, I lived in the Grandview apartments and the first month was fine. After that it became a nightmare, people smoking weed/drunk in my window at 3am (it happened almost everyday). Multiple fire alarms went off through the nights because people were smoking inside the apartments. It was basically impossible to get sleep. love living here it’s amazing amazing staff and an affordable price
In our few months here things have been really good to start. Nice places, very clean, amazing neighborhoods. But.. Contacting anyone has proven to be a nightmare of a time. I had a letter left on my door without anyone knocking or ringing my doorbell. It was requesting we contact an agent about an issue, and then got the cold shoulder.
