Horrible company I wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. I live in palm coast and this greedy developer is building 6,100 homes in haw creek reserve. How money hungry do you have to be to literally ruin a whole ecosystem in a small county like Flagler. Florida is already over crowded and overrun with homes we definitely dont need more here especially in bunnell.
There is something fishy goin on. Inquired about a property and two days later received lengthy standard reply email that did not answer any of my questions about viewing the property or any information about the house. Instead it was all about their application process and fees. Sent a follow up email and 3 business days later received very sketchy and unprofessional email that was poorly worded. Again not answering my questions and stating that they had an open house and evictions were not allowed. Just rude and unprofessi... read more
