I had the pleasure of living in one of the town homes there and when I went to tour the house I had been told the blinds would be replaced before I moved in. That was not done at all. I repeatedly asked about them the whole year to the point I just stopped because nothing got done. Other issues in the home were also never addressed; such as the dryer vent in the garage.
