Josh and Brad were extremely helpful and went out of their way to come to our rescue in the midst of a severe snow storm! Our water heater broke and, while we must replace the old one, they made multiple trips to keep the gas going until we could complete the replacement. The only plumber who actually answered the phone/text each time I reached out. They are warm and generous people. I highly recommend them!
Amazing good work
Probably a qualified person but the hourly rates, really? «$283.50 first hour one hour minimum then goes to $225.00 after first hour. Time and a half rate weekend.» Meaning $425/h on the weekend for plumbing services! Crazy even for Incline Village. I would recommend getting someone from Reno.

Josh was quick to reply and schedule during the Christmas to New Year holiday week. He has a great personality and know how. He helped me install a washer dryer unit that had to fit into a very tight space. After some great plumber yoga he was able to reach down the side of my laundry closet and connect the vent. He also took on a change order on the spot and removed the air bumbles from my hydro heating system. We highly recommend Josh at JM Plumbing to anyone in Incline Village.
