Phoned J&M with a leak in my tub. Mike retuned the call within 15 minutes. He sent someone out the next morning and the guys did a fantastic job! Professional, polite and very knowledgeable. We also used them at our office and they were there to fix blocked pipes immediately. In a day and age when you can't even get anyone to return your call, never mind come out and fix a problem J& M are FIRST rate!! Thank you Mike and your team. I will use you for all my plumbing and heating issues in the future.
Got here 5 minutes after close. I caught him just as he was leaving, needed a part for my heater, he didn't have the particular one, But got out of his truck and back into the store to help me, did his best to help me find it elsewhere, nice place, good guy.
