Tried to get in touch with a massage therapist who works there. The 'receptionist who was there said she could not contact her. I asked for a phone number to make an appt. Wanted me to leave a message, because she didn't have a number. I said I didn't wish to do do. She then started CALLING the massage therapist ! I have previously watched the 'group' therapy sessions . . . . . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE ! Preserve your mental health !
They are crap cause stress and made me worse I'd rather give negative infinity stars
This is a great place to recover from mental health issues. The staff has always treated me with respect and dignity, I can’t say that I always returned that same kind of treatment towards them, however the staff there always rose above my grumpy days with love and grace. I felt like they sincerely cared about me and my problems. I highly recommend this place if you or your loved one is seeking help.
I absolutely LOVED working here. I loved the staff and the clients.
Update: I'm currently trying to reach my daughter's case worker to get information I need to fill out a 28 page intake form for an emergency psych evaluation. It's been a week as of July 23, 2024, and his only response was that he can't even read my messages because he's overloaded with 40 clients! This isn't an issue with the staff. They seem like nice people. The management at that place is greedy, and refuses to hire enough people.
