We bought a new ceiling fan with light kit when ours stopped working. Paid to have installed by Lowes. Guy was really nice but after hours said couldn’t get it to work. So you get what you pay for! We called John and his guy got it working and did some other work for us. Very satisfied with job.

We had a problem with our Central Air Conditioning unit a few weeks ago. I tried many local HVAC repair companies. In 90 degree weather, they were swamped. I was told I would have to wait for days or pay an expensive fee just to get them to come in 24 hours. When I called John, he spoke to me personally with a few hours. He told me he would come to my house in 2 hours. He arrived as promised, walked over to the ac unit which I had running. He said, “I can hear what your problem is, I know just what to do”.
