Slow service, wouldn't return my calls, wanted to charge me substantially more money than we had agreed for the repair. He had my chainsaw for about 3 months. It took two months before he called me back to tell me about the problem. Quoted $150 for the repair and ask for almost $200 when it was finally finished. When I mentioned our agreed to price, he got angry and told me to never bring the saw back to him again... Don't worry, I won't. I lost three months of firewood cutting... never again!
