Take all my watches here to get bands swapped and other minor maintenance. Staff is always friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend.

Excellent costumer service
Have a expensive watch new movement 2 years ago. It stopped, took it back, wanted another $250 for another movement, 1st company went out of business, so did my warranty. Long story short went to J&M Jewelers, he did a quick cleaning inside, new battery and still running days later, so glad I found them, very honest and reasonable, hard to find these days. Thank you so much. HIGHLY recommend, worth the trip from Newport News.
