Made an appointment online. That was easy. Arrived and was warmly greeted by service advisor, Brock. We went over the service details and he escorted me to the waiting area since I chose to wait. The area was clean. There was plenty of seating available and magazines to read. I settled in with a freshly made cup of coffee and watched the Winter Olympics on the TV. OK, this is a little lengthy but very deserving. My husband and myself was on our way home to Tennessee from Destin when we developed car trouble and couldn't move it. The people at JM Jackson sent someone to tow us and pick us up. Luckily it was a pretty easy fix, but had to give a shout out to this group of individuals that went above and beyond during this stressful time. Thanks guys!
