13 years ago I had you install a twin pack on my aunt's house. You did a nice job, however my aunt's twin pack just went out. She called you to service it. Service person was very fourcfull of replacing the unit. Would not take no for an answer, per code your personal are not allowed to circumvent exsting code laws. Can you explain to me why this "technician" ignored existing codes, failed to perform his job, jumped the circuit, failed to replace needed parts because of an electrical surge?
