Our house was built 14yrs ago. From the start we could tell the finishing work wasn’t to the same quality as the model home. Now we are looking at replacing our countertops and the cabinets are so unleveled it is going to cost us $1000 just to level them. Given the quality of workmanship throughout our house we shouldn’t be surprised.
Poor quality. 15 year old house, throughout 2019 electric issues, roof leak near vent, duct work needed to be re run to fix heating/cooling issues in one side of house,doorknobs on outside doors (x2) needed to be replaced, front porch post rotting, faucets in kitchen leakin. All vendors comment on fact not done correctly when house was built. Do not build with J&M.
This review is long over due. My wife and I thoroughly researched our options on our home prior to selecting a contractor and J & M Home Builders met every every criteria we had. They were on time, professional, organized and polite through the entire process. The workmanship was exceptional and the finished product is something we continue to be so proud of many years later. John and his team do not disappoint.I would and often do, recommend him to my friends. Thanks John!
huge waste of time.. waited each mtg. never took notes and told my wife and I he would have numbers for us on the day of the final mtg ... in which he never showed and didnt know our name. 400k housebuild.. cash buyers disorganized! waste of time
