I returned from a weekend trip to no AC. My builder used this company to install the system so their number is on my thermostat. I gave them a call at 8a as soon as they opened. I was told my information would be passed along to service and someone would give me a call back shortly. We had a good experience with the service tech, Curtis! Lady in the office was also great to work with.
Great quick inexpensive and great support. I'd recommend to ANYONE! Installed AC, Heater, tankless water heater & in line water filter system. Great deal.
