I ordered 10 pieces of plexiglass to be cut. Sometimes shops mess up and a piece is scratched or an edge is jagged and I point it out and it's replaced and it's fine. This was a new shop I tried out because their price was lower. But every piece was scratched AND jagged, and they'd obviously used only drops, which I have no issue with as long as the pieces are usable.
