Brought a broken window in after calling and them saying "We definitely fix it". Sure, they did it in a few hours, but within a day condensation started to form inbetween the panes...2 weeks later, the replaced glass cracked. When I called to ask if they could fix it, the response was, "We can for the same price but it will happen again because we don't seal it and we don't guarantee our work". Awesome business model. My fault for not asking in the first place, but lesson learned. Don't go back to this shady hardware store.
