Called in the same-day order for hospice and they were wonderful on the phone! They even do local deliveries, which is amazing. Thank you all the way from Charleston, South Carolina!

Needed an arrangement quickly ( or I would have made it myself, as I am a floral manager of 28 years) the one I picked out had a bruised lily, I asked for it to be replaced. The designer should have said “ of course “ instead she said I just made it yesterday, it’s the same lilies. This is not customer service, the other lady that checked us out was nice and very helpful.

For 15 years I’ve been having Salisbury Florist put flowers on my mom and husband’s grave. They charge me each time to go out and “measure”’the same vase and then another charge to deliver the flowers. Didn’t make sense to me since the base size never changes and they go out 3-4 times a year to put flowers out, but ok. This year, I put in my usual Easter flower order. They texted me pictures of the flowers they delivered. They were CHRISTMAS flowers. Red roses, carnations, holly and pinecones. But that’s not the worst of it.... read more
