Awful and doesn’t spend time with patient and doesn’t care to listen at patients.
My husband has been a patient of El Hayek off and on for four years. His staff is very friendly. We have had to call the office for issues and questions in between office visits several times. His nurse, Megan, is always very helpful in answering our questions. We can tell that Dr. El-Hayek has our best interest in mind. He takes the time to listen to our concerns and answer our questions. I have never felt like we were being rushed out of our appointments.
Dr. El-Hayek has been my doctor for nearly 4 years and I have been impressed with his bedside manor and his ability to treat all symptoms outside of ID issues.
He doesn't take or spend the time he needs to as a doctor with his patients nor does he listen to his patients. I have been going to him now for a little over a year but on that 3rd or 4th visit I noticed the signs but I didn't want to do anything about because I had just come from another doctor who was awful. He has made his last claim on my insurance from me.I travel an hour to his office and sometimes wait to be called 25 to 30 minutes later and then when I see him it's only for about 5 mins
